Welcome to the new Victory Lane Forum. This is totally 'new to me' software. During the transition over from SMF to VBulletin a couple things could not be kept. The most important thing that could not be brought over was your member password. The only thing you need to do is go to the login screen and type in your forum member name and then your password or any password and then hit enter. It will say invalid login and then it will say "lost your password? Click HERE."

Go ahead and click the word HERE, it will send you a temporary password in which to use to login into the mew Forum with and then you can change it to whatever you want in the "Your Profile" area

So remember even if you know your password, you still have to reset it. It literally takes less than a minute. If you do not have access to the email address you originally signed up to VLF with, then you will have to re-register.

#97 Joey Polewarczyk's season just got a whole lot better Saturday night. The proverbial "Monkey" is off his back. Pole earned his first win of the season and more importantly he earned Ford Motor Co. their first win with newly developed sealed ACT spec motor.

The Polewarczyk team made the switch from the Bowtie to the Blue Oval this off-season in what surprised a lot of people as Joey was the highest profile ACT driver to make the switch. The Ford motor has had quite a learning curve for the Pole team, they have had only 2 top 10's in the first 7 point counting races but with the victory Saturday night, things just took a major step forward.

Joey, along with two other Ford Drivers (#88 Jeff Taylor and #57 Austin Theriault) dominated the race. Pole and Taylor swapped the lead as many as 7-10 times during the first 3/4 of the race, until Taylor blew a right front tire coming out of corner 4 on lap 131. That allowed the race to become the "Joey and Austin" show. On the restart Joey got off to a great start and was up as many as 10 car lengths over Theriault, but at the end of the race Austin was closing quickly but it wasn't enough as Pole earned his 5th career win. The ACT Tour is back in action this Friday July 30 at Twin State Speedway.

Brian Hoar's re-emergence on the American-Canadian Tour Late Model scene was capped off last season by him capturing his 6th Tour Championship. So what is he doing for an encore? Well Hoar has put himself into a position to tie Jean-Paul Cyr for the Career ACT Championships with 7.

Brian got off to a blistering start in 2010 with 6 point races completed he has an amazing (6) Top-5 finishes along with 2 of those being victories (Airborne, White Mountain Motorsports Park). He stands 110 points ahead of his nearest competitor (#55 Brent Dragon with 473 pts.) Brian is recording one of the most dominating ACT Seasons in recent memory and he is fresh off a second place finish to Eddie MacDonald in the TD Bank 250.

Hoar's resume includes 27 ACT Late Model Victories, 6 ACT Championships, Milk Bowl wins, NASCAR Busch East Rookie of the Year (2001) and Track Champion at Thunder Road Speedbowl.

Brian's accomplishments reflect a willingness to put in the time and effort to achieve greatness. In 2009 Hoar teamed up with Rick Paya and the RPM Motorsports Team, that resulted in his 6th Championship, a 7th ACT Title seems to be well in hand. Can anyone stop Brian Hoar from matching greatness?......Not this year!

18 July 2010- Oxford Plains Speedway, Oxford, ME

Eddie MacDonald is becoming very familiar with one thing at Oxford Plains Speedway and that's winning! MacDonald is 3 for 3 this year by sweeping both American-Canadian Tour sanctioned races and following that up with his second straight TD Bank 250 win.

Dubbed the "Richest 1 day short track race in North America" the TD Bank 250, formally known as the Oxford 250 has become a staple throughout New England as the "Must ...
