10 was 2nd, 29 (Fellows) 3rd.
Fellows earned himself an invite to the NHMS Practice.
A taxpayer voting for Obama is like a chicken voting for Colonel Sanders.
Thanks Jeremy.

Good racing for the Late models at Twin State. The most shocking part of the night was the number of late models that showed up...ONLY 27. No Payea, jamie fisher, pete potvin, eric chase, eric williams, or travis adams. As far as I could tell there were 14 100% ACT drivers. which is down 6 from the last race. I'm hoping the low car count is due to it being a Friday night race.
As far as the racing went, it was good as usual.
Brent Dragon looked like he had an excellent shot at a win until getting spun by Ben Rowe. Ben apologized and Brent didn't seem too upset by the bump but it ruined what was going to be a great race for the 55VT.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE ACT-073010
Claremont, NH - Newport, NH’s Mark Hayward earned his first career ACT Late Model Tour win at Twin State Speedway in Claremont, NH on Friday, July 30. Hayward took the lead from Twin State regular Aaron Fellows, who led the first 52 laps of the 100 lap event. Hayward held off the likes of Ben Rowe, current ACT Tour point leader Brian Hoar and Randy Potter over the remaining 48 laps to take the win.
Rowe took second while Fellows finished third. Potter and Jeff Zuidema rounded out the top five. TJ Watson worked his way from his 20th starting position to take sixth followed by John Donahue, Hoar, last week’s Beech Ridge winner Joey Polewarczyk, Jr. and rookie Austin Theriault completing the top ten.
The 100 lap event was the eighth on the 13 race 2010 ACT Late Model Tour schedule. It was completed in just over one hour and eight minutes and had eight cautions including a 13 minute and 14 second red flag after rookie Chris Riendeau had a hard hit into the front stretch wall on lap 90. Riendeau was ok.
Hayward is now the ninth ACT competitor to earn himself an invite to the second annual ACT Invitational at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Saturday, September 18. He joins Nick Sweet, Eddie MacDonald, Patrick Laperle, Karl Allard, Dave Pembroke, Miles Chipman, Brian Hoar and Joey Polewarczyk, Jr. as those with an invite.
The ACT Late Model Tour has next weekend off before heading north of the border to Circuit Riverside Speedway in Ste-Croix, QC for a combination 200 lap event with its sister series, the Serie ACT Castrol Edge. The point counting event for both series will be on Saturday, August 14.

dont think the 4nh will be back car might be junk....
The car count was more of a reflection of the track. TSS gets some of the lowest car counts anywhere. How many LMS do they average a week? 8?
27 was 3 better then PASS got a their HUGE BIG NATIONAL Event at Thompson. So if you look at it that way... 27 is a great car count. Plus being a Friday Night, PLUS after last years disaster with the race not getting over till 1AM. DO you blame guys for NOT showing up. I didn't even go myself.
I say put an astoric next to the race as far as car count goes. Cause next year I think Riverside will pick up that date.
